Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on:

  • Crystals
  • Ear candles
  • Ear oils
  • Essential oils

All items are carefully packed and checked before dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a suitable resolution.


Health & Hygiene Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened essential oils
  • Used ear oils
  • Used ear candles

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (where approved):

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
